Casa Panambi, located in a quiet, tree-lined area of Toledo, Paraná, aims to dissolve the barriers between public and private spaces. Its entrance seamlessly integrates with the sidewalk through floating steps surrounded by planters, leading to the foyer while respecting the residents’ privacy. In the exterior render of the house, we can observe the façade, where pure volumes are highlighted by materials and textures, such as eco-friendly wood panels that camouflage the garage and social entrance, and an upper volume with panels and glass that add rhythm.
The design of Casa Panambi prioritizes single-level living. In the pool render, we can see an L-shaped layout around a central garden that connects all areas. An upper volume houses the study and library, while the double-height living-dining area and a skylit corridor illuminate and link the social and private spaces.
The private area combines order and symmetry with openings toward the central patio, while a large sliding door dissolves the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, creating a balcony next to the pool.
